“Focus.”
Easy to say. Hard to deliver.
At the Law Offices of T. Greg Doucette PLLC, we believe in focus. Focus on our clients. Focus on advocacy. Focus on winning.

Focus is what separates us from the competition.
With that focus on focus, we don’t sugarcoat things here: we’re young, we’re expensive, and we’re blunt to the point of being rude (sometimes).
But we also take excellent care of our clients and their cases.
So whether you’ve got a small business needing an advocate in court or a contract you want scrutinized down to the dotted i’s and crossed t’s, let the Law Offices of T. Greg Doucette PLLC put our focus to work for you.
About Our Practice
A Bull City-born law firm, the NCCU-educated team at the Law Offices of T. Greg Doucette PLLC focuses on two areas: small business and higher education.
We advise entrepreneurs on business creation and help our clients set up their LLCs, partnerships, and corporations. We provide assistance with contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and the other legal documents you’ll need in getting your business off the ground. We also help with intellectual property concerns, including copyright and trademark registration and protection.
And we have a section of our firm dedicated to helping other attorneys start solo and small practices of their own.
On the education side, we work with college and university students to resolve the wide variety of legal challenges they face while pursuing higher education. We help with applications for state residency for tuition purposes, issues involving educational privacy (FERPA) and due process, as well as “outside the school” issues like landlord/tenant disputes and criminal citations.
In both areas, business and education, we particularly focus on litigation. At the Law Offices of T. Greg Doucette PLLC, our home is the courtroom: we don’t hesitate to pursue our clients’ claims in court, we’re not afraid of opposing counsel, and we thrive on being zealous advocates for you.
Need a focused litigator for your small business or higher education issue? Let us know!
